O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar 916 genomas microbianos provenientes do rúmen e fezes de 52 touros Nelore (Bos indicus), a fim de identificar genes de resistência e elementos móveis.

The purpose of this study was to explore 916 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the rumen and feces of 52 Nelore bulls (Bos indicus), in order to characterize ARGs and identify mobile elements.
Repressive epigenetic mechanisms, such as the H3K27me3 histone modification, were predicted to affect muscle gene expression and its mineral content in Nelore cattle.
